内服:煎汤,9-15g,鲜品用量加倍;或浸酒。
根及茎皮含鞣质20.76%。根含5,6,7,5ˊ-四甲氧基-3ˊ,4ˊ-亚甲二氧基黄酮(5,6,7,5ˊ-tetramethoxy-3ˊ,4ˊ-methylene dioxyflavone),5,6,7,3ˊ,4ˊ,5ˊ-六甲氧基黄酮(5,6,7,3ˊ,4ˊ,5ˊ-hexamethoxyflavone),5,7,5ˊ-三甲氧基-3ˊ,4ˊ-亚甲二氧基黄酮(5,7,5ˊ-trimethoxy-3ˊ,4ˊ-methylenedioxyflavone),5,6,7,3ˊ,4ˊ-五甲氧基黄酮(5,6,7,3ˊ,4ˊ-pentamethoxyflavone),5,7,3ˊ,4ˊ5ˊ-五甲氧基黄酮(5,7,3ˊ,4ˊ5ˊ-pentamethoxyflavone),5,7,3ˊ,4ˊ-四甲氧基黄酮(5,7,3ˊ,4ˊ-tetamethoxyflavone),龙藤甙(bauhinin),没食子酸(gallic acid)等。
